EAO Coal sales:

Every year EAO purchases coal and makes it available to employees.  There has been interest for retired employees to purchase the coal.  Due to complications with paying for the coal, the following guidelines have been set up for retired employees:

• Arrangements need to be made with a current employee to pick up the coal for you.
• Coal is to be picked up on Saturdays.
• Only a "Payroll Deduction Form" can be used to pay for the coal.  So, payment arrangements will have to be made with the employee picking up the coal.
